Concerning the restaurant : we have a limitation of 200 places, of which 160 are occupied so far.
So, even if you are not interested in our hotel accommodation, don't wait too long with registration if you want to share the meals with us.
I went to the hotel this morning, and there are only 48 standard rooms left. (We occupy at this moment 94 of the 152 standard rooms available)
I managed to take an new option on 25 rooms until May 1st !
I tried for an option until June 1st, but they refused. This means that they probably want to upraise room rates starting May 1st !!!
Waiting until fall for booking in our hotel is no longer an option. All rooms will probably be occupied somewhere end of June.
A lot of quizzers confirmed their attendance to the EQC 2011 in Bruges, but didn’t made a booking so far.
We have an agreement with the hotel which involves an option for 100 hotel rooms until April 1st !
A new agreement will be made after that date, but we have to take in account that we are in the middle of a very touristic town? So we can’t guarantee anything about the availability of rooms after that date.
